I work as an HR Specialist at Integrata People Team, focusing on internal competence development and enabling meaningful insights. I am responsible for our learning platform, producing training content, and organizing internal workshops. In addition, I actively develop employee lifecycle processes in close collaboration with the People Team.

Internal communication is also a key part of my role. I collaborate closely with our Marketing and Recruitment teams to strengthen our employer brand. I am also responsible for Integata's largest internal events: planning, coordinating, and delivering them, and occasionally hosting from the stage.
